By accessing RegisterEasy.in, submitting an enquiry, contacting us, communicating with us through WhatsApp or other channels, placing an order, making a payment, uploading documents, or using any service provided through RegisterEasy.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. Definitions

“RegisterEasy”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Voxiphy Data And AI Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, the operator of RegisterEasy.in.

“Website” means RegisterEasy.in and its webpages, forms, content and related online interfaces operated by us.

“Client”, “you” or “your” means any individual, business, company, partnership, organisation or other person accessing the Website or requesting or receiving a Service.

“Services” means business-registration, tax, compliance, intellectual-property, documentation, filing, advisory-support, coordination and other services offered through RegisterEasy.in, as applicable to the particular engagement.

“Government Charges” means statutory fees, filing fees, stamp duty, taxes, levies, registration charges, professional statutory charges and other amounts payable to a government, regulator, statutory authority or third-party provider.

“Service Provider” means an employee, consultant, Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, lawyer, tax professional, filing professional, technology provider, payment provider or other third party engaged or coordinated by us in connection with a Service.

2. Scope of the Services

RegisterEasy provides or facilitates business and compliance-related services according to the service, package, quotation or engagement selected by the Client. The exact scope of a Service is determined by the description communicated to the Client before or at the time of purchase, together with any written quotation, invoice, engagement communication or service-specific terms.

Services may include business registration and incorporation, GST-related services, tax-related services, trademark-related services, compliance and filing support, and other business documentation or regulatory services offered through RegisterEasy.

A Service does not include work, filings, government charges, professional opinions, registrations, certificates, licences or post-engagement compliance obligations that are not expressly included in the selected Service.

Free website tools

Access to a free calculator, checklist, calendar, search or document-generation tool requires a valid mobile number, agreement to these Terms and acknowledgement of our Privacy Policy. We use the number to provide access, protect the tool and respond to a request related to its use. An email address and payment are not required. You are responsible for providing a number you are authorized to use.

Any permission to receive marketing messages is optional and is not required to access a tool. Tool outputs are general information or drafts, may be incomplete or change as laws and official requirements change, and are not professional advice or a guarantee of a filing, search result, approval or legal outcome. You should verify important matters with the relevant authority or a qualified professional.

3. Nature of RegisterEasy

RegisterEasy is a digital business-services platform and service provider/coordinator. Depending on the engagement, work may be performed by our personnel or by qualified external professionals or service providers coordinated by us.

RegisterEasy is not a government department and is not the government portal for MCA, GST, Income Tax, Trademark Registry or any other statutory authority. Payment to RegisterEasy does not itself constitute payment of a government fee unless the relevant amount is expressly identified and collected for that purpose.

RegisterEasy does not control the decisions, processing times, technical availability, acceptance, rejection, objections, scrutiny, notices or other actions of government authorities, registries, regulators or third-party platforms.

4. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law to purchase Services. If you act on behalf of a company, partnership, organisation or another person, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

By using the Website or requesting a Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not use RegisterEasy for an unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.

5. Client Information and Documents

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, authentic and current information and documents required for your Service. This may include identity information, address information, tax information, business information, incorporation details, supporting documents, signatures, photographs and other information required for the specific filing or service.

You must promptly inform us if any information or document previously provided becomes inaccurate, incomplete, invalid or outdated.

You must not provide forged, altered, misleading, stolen or unauthorised documents. You must have the necessary authority and permission to provide personal information and documents relating to other people.

We may rely on the information and documents supplied by you. We are not responsible for consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading or unauthorised information supplied by you.

6. Professional Services and Third Parties

Certain Services may involve Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, lawyers, tax professionals, consultants, filing specialists or other professionals. Where such a professional is involved, the applicable professional or regulatory requirements may apply to the work.

Some Services may also require the use of government portals, payment providers, digital-signature providers, document-verification services, communication platforms or other third-party systems.

Where an independent professional is responsible for a professional opinion, certification, filing, representation or other regulated activity, that professional remains responsible for the professional aspect of the work to the extent required by applicable law and professional rules.

7. Enquiries, Quotes and Orders

An enquiry, WhatsApp conversation, telephone conversation, website form submission or quotation request does not by itself create an obligation for RegisterEasy to provide a Service.

A quotation may depend on the information available at the time it is issued. A quote may need to be revised if the Client's circumstances, scope of work, government requirements, statutory fees, document requirements or complexity differ from the information originally provided.

A Service engagement is confirmed when RegisterEasy accepts the order and, where applicable, receives the required payment or advance and required information/documents.

8. Fees, Taxes and Government Charges

Service fees are the fees communicated for the specific Service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, Government Charges and third-party charges may be additional.

Government Charges can vary according to the state, filing type, authorised capital, transaction value, applicant details, statutory changes and other factors. Government fees, stamp duty, statutory charges and third-party charges are not under RegisterEasy's control.

Where a quotation includes Government Charges, the relevant components will be identified where reasonably possible. If a government authority changes a fee, levy, stamp duty or other statutory charge after a quotation is issued, the Client may be required to pay the difference.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. We will communicate such additional charges before undertaking material additional work where reasonably practicable.

9. Payment and Service Commencement

Payment must be made using the payment method communicated or made available by RegisterEasy. A payment confirmation does not waive the Client's responsibility to provide accurate information or required documents.

Service work may commence after payment, acceptance of the engagement and receipt of the information and documents necessary to begin the Service.

You must not provide passwords, PINs, CVVs, one-time passwords or other payment authentication credentials to RegisterEasy personnel through WhatsApp, email or telephone.

10. Timelines and Delays

Any timeline communicated by RegisterEasy is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Timelines can be affected by government processing, portal availability, holidays, statutory changes, name approval, document verification, third-party processing, professional review, objections, queries, resubmissions and Client delays.

A delay caused by a government authority, regulator, third-party provider, technical outage, statutory process, objection, scrutiny or Client failure to provide information does not by itself constitute a failure by RegisterEasy to provide the Service.

If you delay in providing required information, documents, signatures, approvals or payments, the Service timeline may be extended accordingly.

11. Filings, Approvals and Outcomes

RegisterEasy will use reasonable professional and operational efforts to complete the agreed scope of a Service. However, no filing, registration, licence, trademark, tax outcome, approval, certificate, name reservation or government decision can be guaranteed where the decision is made by a government authority, regulator, registry or other independent body.

An application may be rejected, objected to, queried, delayed or require resubmission for reasons outside RegisterEasy's control, including statutory eligibility, name similarity, document deficiencies, authority discretion, changes in law, prior rights, portal issues or information supplied by the Client.

Where additional work is required because of a rejection, objection, resubmission, changed circumstances or information not disclosed at the beginning of the engagement, the applicable scope and additional fee will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

12. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete and current information and documents.
  • Provide documents in the required format and within the requested timeframe.
  • Review forms, applications, declarations, drafts and documents supplied for your approval.
  • Promptly identify and correct errors that you discover.
  • Provide signatures, authorisations, declarations, verification and approvals when required.
  • Pay applicable Service fees, taxes, Government Charges and approved additional charges.
  • Respond promptly to questions, notices and requests for information.
  • Maintain your own copies of important documents and filings.
  • Comply with applicable laws and not ask us or any professional to submit false or misleading information.
  • Use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes.

13. Corrections, Resubmissions and Additional Work

If an authority requests clarification, correction or resubmission because of a genuine filing or documentation issue within the agreed Service scope, RegisterEasy may assist according to the Service purchased and applicable professional requirements.

Additional charges may apply where further work results from inaccurate information supplied by the Client, changes requested by the Client after preparation, new requirements introduced by an authority, additional filings, additional applicants/directors/partners, increased complexity, changed business circumstances, missed deadlines, or work outside the original scope.

14. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the Service, the nature of the Service, work already performed, third-party or Government Charges already incurred, documents or applications already prepared or submitted, and the applicable refund terms communicated for the Service.

Where work has already commenced, the refundable amount may be reduced by the reasonable value of work completed and non-refundable amounts already paid or committed to third parties or authorities.

Government Charges, statutory fees, stamp duty, third-party charges and other amounts already remitted or incurred on the Client's behalf may not be refundable where the relevant authority or provider does not refund them.

No refund is due solely because a government authority rejects an application, raises an objection, requires additional information, delays processing or exercises statutory discretion, where the relevant outcome is outside RegisterEasy's reasonable control.

Any refund request should be submitted to support@registereasy.in with the order or transaction details and the reason for the request. Refunds, where approved, will normally be made using the original payment method or another appropriate method.

These provisions do not exclude any refund or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Communications and WhatsApp

You authorise RegisterEasy to communicate with you through the contact details you provide, including telephone, email and WhatsApp, for service delivery, support, document requests, payment-related communications, status updates and other matters connected with your engagement.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the phone number and email address provided to us and for informing us promptly of changes.

WhatsApp and other third-party communication platforms are subject to their own terms, privacy policies and technical availability. RegisterEasy is not responsible for outages, message-delivery failures or security issues caused by a third-party communication platform outside our control.

16. Website Content and No Professional Advice

Information published on RegisterEasy.in is provided for general information and service-understanding purposes. It may not reflect every fact, exception or change in law applicable to an individual situation.

Website articles, calculators, examples, pricing illustrations, FAQs, social posts and other informational material should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional where professional advice is required.

A visitor should not rely solely on website content to make a legal, tax, financial, investment or regulatory decision without considering the facts of the particular situation and, where appropriate, obtaining professional advice.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website, its design, branding, text, graphics, logos, software, layout, original content and other materials are owned by or licensed to Voxiphy Data And AI Solutions (OPC) Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Website for legitimate personal or business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit Website content or technology without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

18. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Submit forged, stolen or misleading documents or information.
  • Impersonate another person or organisation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, systems, accounts or data.
  • Interfere with Website operation, security or availability.
  • Introduce malware, harmful code or other destructive material.
  • Scrape, crawl or automatically collect Website content in a manner that is unauthorised or harmful.
  • Use the Website to infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of another person.
  • Attempt to use RegisterEasy to submit information that you know is false or legally prohibited.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website or Services may refer to or connect with third-party websites, government portals, payment providers, WhatsApp, professional service providers and other third-party services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies. RegisterEasy does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, decisions or actions, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how RegisterEasy collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal information. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is available on RegisterEasy.in.

By using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that personal information may need to be processed to deliver the requested Service, communicate with you, complete filings, process payments, comply with law, prevent fraud and operate the business, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

21. Security and Electronic Communications

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the circumstances to protect information and systems. However, electronic communication and internet services cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.

RegisterEasy will not ask you to disclose passwords, OTPs, payment PINs, CVVs or other authentication credentials through ordinary customer-support communications. You should immediately report any suspected fraudulent request using our published support details.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available, or that every piece of information will always be complete or current.

We do not guarantee the decision or outcome of a government authority, regulator, registry, court, professional body, payment provider or other third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, statutory protection or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RegisterEasy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of expected savings, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from use of the Website or Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegisterEasy's aggregate liability arising from a particular paid Service will not exceed the Service fees actually paid by the Client to RegisterEasy for that particular Service, excluding Government Charges and third-party amounts.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RegisterEasy, its personnel and authorised service providers from claims, losses, penalties, costs and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, fraud, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorised use of another person's information, or inaccurate or misleading information supplied by you.

25. Force Majeure

RegisterEasy will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside its control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, governmental action, changes in law, strikes, telecommunications failures, internet or hosting outages, cyber incidents by third parties, government-portal failures, payment-network failures or other events beyond reasonable control.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Website or discontinue a Service where reasonably necessary, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security concerns, non-payment, abuse of personnel, submission of false information or operational or legal requirements.

Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, limitations of liability, indemnification and dispute-related provisions.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, technology, legal requirements or regulatory expectations.

The updated Terms will be published on RegisterEasy.in with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights available under applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

29. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other provision.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Service-specific quotation, invoice, engagement communication or written terms expressly incorporated into the engagement, constitute the agreement governing the relevant use of the Website and Services.

If a Service-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms, the Service-specific term will apply to the extent of the conflict for that Service.
