Register Easy provides business registration, licensing, certification, and compliance consulting services in India and internationally. We act as facilitators and consultants — we are not a government body, law firm, or chartered accountancy firm.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for registration or licensing processes.
You are responsible for the authenticity of all documents submitted to us.
You acknowledge that government processing timelines are outside our control and may vary.
You are responsible for maintaining compliance after registration (e.g., annual filings, renewals).

3. Fees & Payments

Fees for our services will be communicated clearly before engagement. Government fees, stamp duties, and statutory charges are separate from our service fee. Fees once paid for work already commenced are non-refundable unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control.

4. Timelines

Estimated processing timelines are indicative and depend on government portal availability, department processing speeds, and timely submission of required documents by the client. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or incomplete client submissions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Register Easy shall not be held liable for any rejection, delay, or loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, government policy changes, portal downtime, or any factor beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and design is the property of Register Easy. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
